I have this question on western uni. secondary:
have you ever been subject to a disciplinary proceeding by any professional organization or licensing body?
I had a speeding ticket twice so they put me in a class for 6 hours for 1 day, then they gave me a cirtificate at the end of the 6 hours, so do I answer "Yes" to the question above???
