So, I have already applied and the academic misconduct is not on my transcript yet, but i wont find out what the dean decides till mid February.

I'm not going to sit here and try to prove my guilt/innocence but it's a long story and apparently i'm involved.

here is the problem. I was attending university A till December and then transferred to university B (NOT BECAUSE OF THE MISCONDUCT BUT I NEEDED TO TAKE CLASSES THAT WERE NOT BEING OFFERED AT UNIVERSITY A)....

so the accusations of misconduct are coming from university A, and my final transcript from UNIVERSITY A has already been verified by optomcas without the misconduct (because I came to know about if after i did the academic upgrade and already left that university).
I don't know what to do? Should i just continue on with my application as if nothing happened? because i will not be needing to send in another transcript from there since it has already been verified by optomcas.

But what if University A calls optomcas and tells them about the misconduct? or what if after i have graduated from optometry school, my degree granting school comes to find out about the misconduct and revoke my degree?

you seem to be in a very complicated situation, its like a double edge sword.
I wanna know what other members thoughts are on this issue?

If the dean convicts you of academic misconduct and puts it on your transcript, you have to disclose it to the schools. You cannot hide it. However, I am not sure if the schools need to be made aware of the situation until a decision has been made by the dean. Does anyone have any personal experience in a similar situation?

Ya but If their transcripts have already been verified by optomcas without the misconduct then they are SUPPOSED to tell the schools and they SHOULD but not everyone DOES.
I mean of course there is the risk of hiding it from the schools and then if they potentially find out then they terminate you're acceptance. And the risk of telling them about it now and they probably won't even consider you as an application since you are a junior (im assuming).

I mean I've read on the misconduct on the pre-med/dent forums and some members have said. "if its not on you're transcript then it never happened" and the OP said they will not be needing to send another transcript from that school once the one without the misconduct gets verified by optomcas.

This statement is not applicable to this person's situation. If the dean decides he/she was not involved, then its as if it never happened and does not need to be mentioned. But, if the dean decides to put it on the transcript, then it is on the transcript as has to be disclosed. This wouldn't even be an argument if the OP had not transferred schools because another transcript would have to be sent at the end of the year anyway. Also, I would argue that a transcript that does not mention the misconduct is not a final transcript.
Read the OptomCAS code of conduct policy on the link below. Also, there is always the chance that the school will ask for another copy, or the college notifies OptomCAS or the Optometry school. It's too great of a risk, and It's very dishonest and unprofessional.

Most schools want a copy of the final transcript sent to them directly when you get an interview or after an interview. So if it's on your transcript it will be revealed sooner or later

I am not sure about an academic violation, but I had an alcohol violation in Sept. of my sophomore year and I wrote it on the Optomcas application where it says "have you been in trouble with your university" or something similar to that. I was worried about it but I applied to two schools and got accepted into both. Not one of them asked me about it in the interview. However, academic misconducts might be more serious. I am not really sure how they look at them though. Honestly, I would tell because if they do find out it could be a lot worse.
