Discrepancy between AADSAS posted mail date and actual mail date

So AADSAS has posted my mail date as 7/16 - after having received the "your good to go within two weeks" email on 7/1. They posted this as my mail-out date on 7/8. I have reason to believe, however, that my app. went out with the 7/9 mailing as I began receiving emails from schools prior to the 7/16 posted date. That is all fine and dandy, since it looks as if it went earlier than posted.

My issue now is with my last LOR - received by AADSAS on 7/15. Just today they posted that it would be mailed to schools on 7/30! Anyone have experience with the accuracy of AADSAS posted dates? Is it likely to go out earlier as it appears my application did, or are they seriously gonna sit on it till the end of the month?

I'm not sure about this, but from what I've heard, schools get an electronic copy of your stuff. So if its verified etc, they might be able to peak at it already.

they post the LOR mailing dade under the evaluations section on AADSAS.
