This is a question for students who are experienced with board exams...

Are board scores typically congruous with coursework grades? In other words, do those students who are "high pass" generally do well? What are the trends that you've seen?

Thanks for your insight.

The people who really get a bad surprise are the ones who cram everything in the day or two before regular class exams. They dont retain anything and as such are in big trouble come board time.

Class exams tend to be more minutia, but if you remember and understand the hows and whys of the big picture, you will be in good shape when you start your board study and take boards.

good luck.
