Dispensing Subutex

Would you dispense Subutex / Suboxone if the Dr forgot to write his X.... DEA no on the script? It is a regular pt ,who has been on the med before & Dr has a DATA waiver,but just forgot to mention.. Would calling to verify suffice or should we refuse to dispense?

If you don't have it on file, just call the office and write it on the script. You can add the DEA number/waiver per the DEA if it is not on the Rx.
