Do, I need to memorize each dissacharide like how each one is made for example, maltose = glucose + glucose!

Yes.....It would indeed be advantageous.
Glu + Glu ------>
Maltose Glu + Fru-------->
SucroseGlu + Gal--------->
Lactose


This has landed on previous exams.....!!
