I successfully defended my dissertation during the summer (June 17) at my doctoral program CAU in Miami Florida. My readers were so impressed by my work that they started referring students to me to assist in editing their dissertation projects.

LOL. Carlos Albizu University is one of those shady professional schools where 80% of the students don't match to accredited internships. They require a "doctoral project" (review of the literature) not a dissertation to graduate. I don't understand how any graduate from this program can offer expertise on a doctoral-level dissertations or research? Sounds like shady advertising to me or a joke.

I was wondering if maybe the OP's dissertation was so impressive to readers because it was actually an empirical study and not a lit review about, like, ravens or something like they're no doubt used to seeing.
