MD & DO Distractions

1. fb/youtube/internet in general -> smash your computer (yet here I am??)
2. thoughts of happiness and freedom -> learn to let go of these and accept the dark void that is medical school
3. sleep -> caffeine
 
Phone (texting/social media/sports scores/games) --> turn off phone while studying and put it in backpack; use it for breaks
Internet --> Pomodoro method (study for 50-60 minutes, take 10 minute break doing whatever I want)
Feeling tired/lazy/wanting to lie down and do nothing --> study at school at a desk and not at home on the couch; come home only when major studying for the day is done and I just have some light Sketchy/Anki/emails to do, etc.
