DMU secondary

Can anyone tell me what specific questions are asked on the DMU secondary? Also, I know they want a letter from 2 profs that have taught me in class. I have one letter from a professor that taught a microscopy course and another professor who is my boss. I work in her lab, but I took a 1 semester hour class from her last year. Will DMU accept this as a letter from a professor--- or could it be a problem? Ill make sure she discusses my academic abilities.
