What exactly is the status of a DNAP I understand its so nurses can call them selves doctors and not anesthesia providers hahaha but is there a chance this can get blocked some how... If this is coming about why cant all nurses just do this for there area of nurses and play doctor too?

People can call themselves whatever they want. It's up to medical staffs to institute rules on a hospital by hospital basis preventing an RN from referring to themselves as "doctor" within the hospital to avoid confusing patients. Either that or pass laws on a state by state basis.
