Do Adcoms know AP vs P/F?

Hello, when inputting courses for prereqs in my portal, some courses that I was credited for from AP classes came up as pass/fail. For example, I got credit for BIO 101 lab for getting a 5 on AP Bio, and this BIO 101 lab showed up as Pass on my transcript. If I use this BIO 101 lab to fulfill a lab prereq, will adcoms know that this is from AP credit and not because I almost failed the courses and elected for pass/fail?

Also, will it affect my chances if the school explicitly stated that they take AP and/or pass/fail classes for prereqs? I don't have a second biology lab course, as I did research for credit, and my school accepts it for lab requirements. Thanks!
