do adcoms read all the description in the activity?
I have a lot of reflections about each activity I've done in my activity that I didn't include in my PS because I had something else in mind to write about in my PS.

I know they read the most meaningful ones for sure. For the other ones, they probably will focus on the ones they haven't seen before. For example, if you haven't mentioned anything about volunteering in PS or meaningful EC, then they want to see if you have done any volunteering at all.

Maybe they skim on first pass, but then if you go into the group for further consideration, get an interview, or are being evaluated post interview for admittance, yeah, you better believe they read them in depth.
When the Dean of Admissions at my school called me to notify me of my acceptance, he mentioned several things specifically from my application. I elaborated on some things in my personal statement, and others in my activities. There was some overlap, but you only get so much space, no sense wasting it saying the same thing twice.

Thanks guys for your input! I would really want them to read it because there are insightful things about myself in the activities that I didn't mention in my PS.

I do.

Many people make the mistake of thinking "they don't have time for that!" We do.
