Do ALL allopathic programs accept COMLEX scores?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any programs who DO NOT accept COMLEX scores??

No, not all programs accept COMLEX. Some will flat out tell you they want the USMLE instead and some will not (but will expect it). Call all those your interestsed in & ask... that's your best bet. IMHO, you should just take both. Why risk it?

What if 😉 I failed Step 1 , would i still be able to take Step 2???, just wonderin

Hmmmm, not sure about that one. The only problem is that on ERAS you have to report what tests you took & when. So even if you didn't have the "best of luck" 😉 w/ Step 1 and opted to take Step 2 they'd know you took both and may wonder what happened. Hmmm, good question tho!
