Since students are allowed to submit their 2016 application before june, does that mean these students will have their application processed before those who submit on june 1st?

If im not wrong application submissions only open up June 1st... Where did you see that you can apply prior to then?
Edit: Alos often applications that are still open are counted for the 2014/2015 cycle so be weary of that.

They can submit the application and it will be verified and process, but no application will be sent out to schools until June 15.
So yes, your application will be processed before those who submit June 1.
