from a numbers perspective you've got a bit of an uphill battle in my opinion . the gpa is below average and the mcat is too. if you cant retake any classes, maybe retake the mcat and score a 28+?

best of luck

A retake does not have to be the same exact course at the same institution. It just need to be over the same topic/material and equivalent in credit hours. You coukd retake at a cc to boost gpa.

Just got MCAT scores back this week
sGPA=3.06
cGPA=3.16
Mcat=25 (ps=7,vr=9,bs=9)

I'm an older applicant (33) who owned a business for over 10 years. I have many EC's with publications, poster presentations, research scholarship awards, Dean's lists, full-time employment as a clinical research specialist at a major university neurology department, direct patient care of over 2000 hours performing phlebotomy, ekg, vitals, iv therapies and charting duties. I was also involved in creating a clinical research department that now has a 3 million+ annual revenue. I've had this job for 4 years now. Also presented at major neurological conferences and have great letters of recommendations.
My list of schools I applied to are:
Alabama
AZCOM
CCOM

Edward Via
LMU
LECOM
PCOM
NSU
William-Carey
Rowan
TOURO
NYIT

low chances at bolded. I would add MUCOM, LUCOM, CUSOM, and WVSOM to maximize your chances.

And for Touro (I assume NY), I would designate the new Middletown campus on the secondary.

You should also apply to lecom postbacc and lmu dcom postbacc. They have guaranteed acceptances to their med schools after the post bacc
