Do graduate science classes count?

I'm taking graduate biotech and graduate biochem this fall. Will these classes count in my AACOMAS overall science gpa, or will they only be counted in some kind of "graduate" gpa?

As I recall from my aacomas app, the grad and undergrad are averaged at the end , but there are separate lines for undergrad and grad sci gpa's. I hope this helps.

Undergrad and Grad grades are considered seperately.

They are considered separately, but then they are averaged. I'm currently finishing my Master's in Exercise Science July 2006 and my GPA calculations came out that way.

This is true with TMDSAS as well. AMCAS is the only one that doesn't take the average.
