Do I get the credits?

Okay, so I am in a hybrid program (Biomedical science my major) where instead of taking 2 different classes we take one. For example, instead of taking Biochem and molecular bio, we get Biomolecules I think lol. I'm still new to the whole idea(first semester of college).Well, I checked my registration for fall classes and I'm like in an extra 2 classes, do I still receive those credits? It does say "Credit:1"
