Hey everyone,
I am very interested in optometry and plan are applying until I get in. I am not giving up! That being said, I slacked pretty hard in my first year of university and it reflects in my CGPA. Here are all my science and math courses:
Intro bio: C
Cell bio: B
Micro bio: B+
Animal bio: A-
Human anatomy and physiology: A+
Human biology: A+
Immunology: A
Heredity: A
General chemistry I: A-
General chemistry II: B
Organic chemistry: B+
biochemistry: A
Stats I: A
Stats II: A-
Physics I: B
So those are my science courses which aren't bad but throw in some geology, psych, history, and english which were not so great averages my CGPA out to around a 3.3
based on gap do I even have a shot at getting into waterloo?
This may be a stupid question but can canadians apply to american schools or are the seats reserved for americans?
Any other information you have on increasing my chances of getting accepted would be fabulous
Thank you!
