I am finishing my fist semester of my junior year and I have a 3.4 cGPA and a 3.0 sGPA. I've been taking some practice MCAT tests and my scores have been ranging between 514-517. EC wise I have been a student athlete for three years and have been academic all conference the past two years. I have also been a chemistry/biology tutor for the past two years and work as the night time supervisor of the tutoring facility 2-3 times per week. I've just completed research with my old organic professor and we are going to present at a couple of conferences next semester. I Also have accumulated about 175-200 hours of shadowing/clinical experience

I was just wondering if I still even have a shot at getting in anywhere or if I should start applying to post-bac programs

We can't chance you without a MCAT score, but I would say that only the official AAMC practice tests are good predictors of your actual performance on test day. A 3.0 sGPA is really digging at the bottom of the barrel for both MD and DO. I feel like you may have too many ECs. It's nice to be involved, but not at the cost of your GPA, and that GPA is hurting.

Can you get that up to 3.5 cGPA/3.2 sGPA by the end of senior year?

GPAs are lethal for all MD schools and many DO.

So yes, start thinking about post-bac (or, for the faster DO pathway, retake all F/D/C science coursework).
