It's really hard to say since your GPA just isn't that good...at all.

Yes, I have applied to all Texas schools and 15+ out of state, including BU, NYU, Nova, Arizona, Temple, VCU, USC
I think I wrote a pretty strong/good p.s.

If you already applied there is not point in asking. You already paid the money. The schools will let you know if you stand a chance.
