Being at Harvard/Penn/UCSF/JHU/Stanford/Columbia/Duke/whatever with a 236.5 average Step score will give you a chance just about anywhere. You seem to have competitive letters and ECs otherwise.

Apply broadly (i.e., to all 'tiers') and you'll be just fine. You'll get plenty of interviews.
