Just the title... when I went to the fafsa website, it said I could continue from last year (I would just update some stuff here and there but its mostly the same) but it assumes its for college. Do I have to redo my fafsa from scratch for Med School?

You shouldn't have to.

The most important thing is that your tax info is accurate for this year (trust me, you don't want FAFSA to audit you) and that they are aware you will be a Grad student so that they can offer you the appropriate loans (gradPLUS, etc.). If you can't change your status from undergrad to grad by continuing from last year, then absolutely start from scratch. That is SO important.
