Hi everyone, quick question:
Do I need to report an audited class to the schools that have accepted me?
I would have assumed the answer was no, since it will show up on transcripts anyway and it doesn't count for credit, but one of my schools told me specifically to inform them if any class is taken in any format including auditing. I've been thinking about taking a couple of classes for fun at the local community college before med school starts. Obviously I would report them to that one school, but do I need to report it to the others as well? I don't want to bother them for no reason, and I wouldn't assume that anyone would want to know unless they specifically asked. I'm happy to email every school if this is standard practice. Anyone know what the protocol is with this sort of thing? I don't want to have this very minor thing bite me in the ass somehow (typical premed overthinking things, I know). Thanks!
