Do I have to submit a proof letter for volunteering to AADSAS or D-school?

I am shadowing a dentist right now.
I am expecting her to write a letter of recommendation for me.

Besides this LoR, do I have to submit a proof letter for shadowing hours to AADSAS or D-school later?

no, although i recall some schools like Tufts require the number of hours to be mentioned in the LoR. In any case, the letter from my dentist did not mention it, and i still got into Tufts. I guess it depends on the school.

LLU needs your dentist to verify it.

I didn't, but I had a letter from the dentist I shadowed that said I shadowed him for a summer. Nothing specifically on the number of hours was requested from any of the schools I applied to.

I asked my dentist to just include the hours in the LOR. Doesn't hurt.🙂
