Context: I was accepted to school A, and they were set to give me all my loan information and financial assistance info. But, now I am attending school B where I was recently waitlist accepted.

My FAFSA and MPN are completed, but I have heard nothing from the financial aid office outside of additional scholarship applications (nothing about loans).

The federal website has sections to apply for Direct PLUS loans, etc. Should I fill these out? I feel like I have so little information on this subject, and previous advice has been "Wait for your school" but now it's May!

EDIT: There is a part of their website which demonstrates information about the loans. Repayment info, who qualifies, interest rates, maximum loan amounts, etc. But no information I can see about submitting X when and doing Y after Z happens. Nothing procedural/logistical.

call your school's admission or financial aid office and set up an appointment. they need to be helping you through the loan/aid process.

Your school should be giving you all of this info. My school hasn't sent it to me yet either, although I believe someone I'm out FB page mentioned that they wil sometime this week or next. Maybe contact the financial aid person and see when they plan on sending out the info
