So my ogpa is very low with ~3.1 and I needed to score really well on the DAT.

I got really nervous and started panicking during the test which significant brought my scores down by 2-3 points where I was getting on all practice tests.

Here are there scores:
19 Bio
23 GC
21 OC
18 RC
17 QR (did not study a single bit, big mistake)
20 PAT
20AA 20 TS

My scores are just average, and I probably have like 5% chance of getting even an interview with my gpa. What should I do?

20/20/20 is a solid score. Luckily, QR is weighted the least among most schools. I agree that a 1-year SMP or post-bacc would be the best route for you.

SMP will probably look better but it's also quite expensive. You should apply for this upcoming fall to take the SMP and apply next cycle if you can. Note that you won't be completed with your SMP if you want to apply for the 2016 cycle. You will have to wait until the 2017 cycle if you want to apply with your completed SMP. Not sure how dental schools feel about applying with an uncompleted one, I'm sure you can find it on here.
