When I was at a different university, I took A&P 1&2. I was able to get an A in A&P 1 and a B in A&P 2 lectures. I received an F in both labs though. I was in a bad place mentally, so I did not do any work in the lab and most of the time I did not even show up. By the time I apply in the 2017 cycle, I should have a 3.67 cGPA and a 3.62 sGPA. Should I still retake these labs?

Your stats seem good otherwise (granted, you didn't say anything about the MCAT), but I would absolutely never want an F on my transcript, especially in an upper level science. I would say retake.

That is my thinking as well. I really don't know how terrible they would look on my transcript though, but if I retake them I can also have a better knowledge in anatomy.

I will be taking mcat next spring, so I know it all comes down to that as well.

I think it comes down to how you'd handle a question about the Fs in an interview. Can you sugar coat it well enough to make it through? If you can afford it, I'd say retake it. It'll only reinforce the knowledge you gained.
