Do I resubmit my application?

Hey everyone, I just received my MCAT score and I am trying to gauge what to do with respect to my application.
I have yet to be verified but I was curious if I resubmit my application to all the schools I want to apply to (I submitted to a throw away school originally) before verification now that I have my MCAT score?

If I resubmit with my list of schools now, before verification, once I am verified will schools wait to evaluate me until my LORs are sent in?

Is this the same process for MD apps?

If you're not verified, schools haven't even seen your app yet. In which case there's no point in hitting the update button.
