I just joined this health organization at the beginning of the semester. I had to interview to be a member but after joining I noticed that there are no leadership positions (president, vice president, secretary, etc). Everyone is basically a member. I think each members are called Student Health Advocate. We educate and promote discussion about all issues in students’ lives through fun, interactive exhibits and activities. I also know pharmacy schools tend to like people who have leadership positions in orgs. So since there is no leadership position in this org apart, is it worth staying or should I join another org where I can get a leadership position.

The name of the position is less important than what you do with it. Focus on doing what you want and are passionate about, rather than ticking off a "leadership" position for your resume. You'll be able to speak and write about it more. For example, maybe you took charge of creating some of the exhibits or eventually become one of the members interviewing new members. Student Health Advocate sounds pretty cool and "leadershippy" as a title anyway.
