DO LOR Question - Health Science professor as science LOR?

Hi,

DO schools consider health science courses to fall under science GPA. Does this also mean that I can use a health science professor as my science letter of rec writer?

Each school has different requirements, which are listed on AACOMAS and the schools' websites. Some schools that I applied to wanted a letter from a professor who taught a prerequisite, while others just asked for science professors. If you're still unsure after looking it up, I'd email the schools you're interested in for clarification.
