Do med schools look at Calc grades?

I'm at my wits end right now, two semesters ago, I retook Calc I because I didn't understand anything. Now I feel like I need to retake Calc II because I thought that taking it over the summer with bio would be a good option since I had taken Precalc and gotten an A. I'm a bio major and Calc II is a prereq for some crude reason. In science I get mostly A's though. How do you think med schools(allopathic) would judge me?

DO will have grade replacement, MD will use both classes.
Also, I know that for MD, the calc grades are part of your science GPA (BCPM), while I do not believe math counts towards science GPA for DO.
