do most schools have a foundations of medicine program/course?

So in one of the first secondaries I filled out I wrote something about my interest in the school's foundations of medicine program, since then I've noticed that at least two other schools have the same course. Do most schools have this class?

I think most schools have some sort of clinical skills class during the pre-clinical years.
