Do MSTP adcoms read your MD-only responses?

Do adcoms usually read the answers you write for the MD-only portion of your application (i.e. why doctor, what you seek to accomplish as a physician, etc.) or just the answers to the MSTP supplement?

They read it all. At all my interviews thus far, somebody has referenced stuff on my app that was not necessarily on the MD PhD part.
