It's not that big of a deal. What they look for in them? Probably best to be asking the admissions committees.

I think Alabama asks for high school transcripts.. Well I know they did a few years ago.. Not sure if they still do with the new optomcas system.

No school to which I applied requested my high-school transcript, though S.U.N.Y. does ask for official S.A.T. score-reports (really, I don't see why: the S.A.T., I think, is like a very non-specific form of the O.A.T.).

SCCO wants HS transcripts. SUNY wants official SAT/ACT score reports

Maybe to see your academic trend or to look at those standardized test scores? I'm not sure, myself, but that's my best guess!
