do people just do/learn from qbanks?

so I try to review and then do qbanks but I'm having trouble finding time for it all, and with the test rapidly approaching (assuming they don't postpone exams due to swine flu like they threaten on their website...) - I'm wondering if I should really just mainly be doing questions & reviewing all the answer choices and trying to learn that way? Wasn't sure if this is what a lot of pp do from the get go or mainly at the end or not at all? Thanks for any thoughts

I know someone that just did Uworld twice and landed a 240+ so it just depends on how you learn I suppose

I agree it's just how you learn in particular. If someone was to do a huge number of board practice questions and truly understood and learned from each one, eventually they would know everything and ace the exam. However, I find this to be very disorganized. I feel if you are an organized learner it's better to leave questions until you feel pretty comfortable with the material, then you can just fill in your knowledge gaps via questions.

For me, I definitely do not do that many practice questions for just this purpose. I probably will as it gets closer to the board date though.
