I'm curious to know if Pharm schools look at grades in upper level science courses when conducting the admissions process. I have a B.S. in Biochem. I did well in all the prereqs, I'm just curious if my grades in Immunology, Biochem I and II, Physical Chemistry, Analytical chemistry, and molecular biology would be considered at all? Or do they completely bypass courses like that and just look at the general courses?

Probably depends on the school, but I'd imagine that if you did well on those it will help you out. It would show a nice track record of success in difficult classes.

Most of the pharmacy just look at your GPA. They don't care that classes you are talking. As long as you can maintain 3.5 or above

I've emailed a few schools concerning that since I'm also a biochem major, took biochem, mol bio, pchem *yuck* etc... and they said they would definitely consider it. Some say that they look at those grades more so than retakes. Since in pharm school you have to take courses like biochem, it shows that you can handle difficult classes.
