DO school pre-requisite matching

Hi all I'm a little confused on how I should be matching pre-requisites on aacomas, I retook several classes. Should I put all of my gen chem classes for example, or just the more recent ones? (I went from a school that offers 1 quarter of gen chem to a retake at a school with 2 semesters gen chem)
