As you all know, it is nearly impossible to find any rankings of DO schools. In fact, quantitative ranking goes somewhat against the qualitative nature of osteopathy. That being said, each of us is going to have to eventually turn down all acceptances exept one. The decision process is multifactorial, but when push comes to shove, you can pick only one school. So which one will it be? What is your top choice? Pick one in the poll (vote only once) and if you want, comment on why you are selecting that particular school.

This poll should say "your n#1 school" and not DO school rankings.

This poll should be titled "which school has more students that post on SDN?"

Or...which school has already accepted the most students. I bet there is a strong correlation between acceptance and current first choice. 🙂

lol. Well, everyone knows KCOM TEH ROX. We need more representin' on this forum!

Uh, ok.
I wish you would explain that to my professors that assign me a quantitative grade based on performance.
BTW You can find rankings if you are looking. DO schools are included in medical school rankings and are compared with allopathic schools.

I agree, I wish you could get better qualitative grades! 🙂

You are right, the US News and World report rankings lump the DO schools in with the MD schools. But it is harder (meaning that I have searched a lot and found nothing) to find rankings comparing only DO schools. If you find a reputable list ranking the DO schools, post the URL here...we would all love to see it!

All these percentages should be devided by the number of accepted students per a year to each school. To get a better idea of the % from each school on SDN instead of studying.
