DO school secondaries

Does anyone know if the DO schools send out secondaries to everyone or do some select pre-secondary?

As far as I know, NYCOM screens. They say that ones that are invited for interview will complete secondary when you go there. WesternU/COMP may screen since when I got invite to fill out their secondary, they also invited me to an interview (for class of 2009).

I know that TUCOM-CA, TUCOM-NV, KCOM, VCOM, and CCOM screen also for the minimum requirements.
