Back when I was determining which classes would be most beneficial to take, I made this spreadsheet. The purpose is to help you know what classes will make you competitive at which DO schools. ie. Which schools have I met the requirements for? I hope it might be useful for someone.
The instructions read: " This spreadsheet will help you determine if you have met the class requirements for a specific school. All should be updated to 2010 requirements. Just fill in the applicant section with the number of units you have for each class (ie. Shows 2 credits of Biology). If it is NEEDED that you take more, it will underline that requirement where the schools are listed. If you have met the requirement, no line will appear. If it is wanted but not needed and you have not taken such course, a dotted line will appear. Stats on the upper bar and right (in the grey) will let you know what classes to take and if you have met the reqs for each school. Hope you enjoy."
If this spreadsheet has been useful to others, it might be possible to expand it to include MD schools and possibly have an MCAT & GPA tool.
Download it here in openoffice format: https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B3...EzNWQtZmNjOTVhMzFiODRk&hl=en&authkey=CJ_ZzooC
