...until they receive my PCAT scores? I submitted PharmCAS and all supplementals but my PCAT scores are still en route. And will be for another 3 weeks... Does that mean my application won't be looked at 'till then?

Pretty much so. I know one of the schools that I applied to are not reviewing my app until my PCAT score is received.
