Do schools see if you no-show the PREview test?

Scheduled for today, too late to cancel and I don't want to pay $100 for the 1 school that recommends it on my list to get a new date. If I no-show today, would medical schools be able to see it? Or is it like the MCAT where it doesn't show up to schools?
