Which DO schools screen applicants for the primaries and which do not? I just want to get an idea to make sure the school I am applying to doesn't throw me out immediately by default.

All of them have minimum screening criteria of 3.0/500 or in that general area.

If your applying in that range, then I strongly urge you to fix your app. It's better to take a gap year than to be a reapplicant

Concur; if you're in a situation that you'd have to worry about screening (besides MCAT subsection screening because I don't really believe schools follow that too closely) then I would do some app repair. Most schools have strong screens around the aforementioned range, and strong "floors" around 500 & 3.25 gpa range.
