I am an international student and am currently waiting for my green card. It will arrive sometime early in 2011 or 2012 in the worst case.

Since I have built decent ECs and GPA and am preparing really hard for the MCAT, I am trying to apply to private schools. My parents have agreed to pay for the money since I went to undergrad for free.

But, I will be competing in a different applicant pool where the majority of students have 4.0 and 35+ on MCAT. I heard a rumor that if I get rejected more than twice then I won't be able to apply to certain medical schools. Is this true?

I applied this past application cycle and noticed some schools (Albert Einstein, for example) have this policy.

True that. It does not mean they will stop you from applying; they will just take the application money and reject you for not following their guidelines.😴
