Do Step 1 Dates Fill up?

Does anyone know if there's a thread that shows the current dates that are available in certain regions and if they're full. For example if there are still testing dates in June of 2015 in California.

Also my school won't let me register for Step 1 until January but I'm an out of state med student who wants to take their step 1 in CA. Does anyone know if the test dates will fill up?

You can look up available dates on prometric's website. It'll give you an idea about how busy your area's test centers are.

Usually, finding exam date is not very difficult.

Give me a zip code and I'll take a look at the available dates. It sucks that they won't let you register until January (why would they do that?).

Edit: Actually, I don't think you need to register to see availability.

yep, my school won't let me register till then either. and I'm trying to take it in CA (I'm out of state) as well.
