Does the AMCAS allow you to include research and thesis credits as classes? I know these are not classes, but since we are given a grade for them, I thought they would reflect research potential!

I have over 30 credit hours from my MS and Ph.D. thesis that I would hate to leave out, since they really boost my GPA! 😀

To all grad students out there, are you including your research/thesis credits?

Thanks!
Jolly 🙂

you have to include every single course credit you have ever earned, so yes, you must include the research credits. if they boost your GPA as well, so be it. 😀

your thesis credits will count toward your grad school gpa but not the bcmp science one.

In my program Thesis credits are simply pass/fail. 😕

Thanks for the help guys.

Green912, at my school all thesis credits are given a grade just like any class. Most students get As in these, a good way to lift your GPA! 😀
