Hey everyone,
Would appreciate an input about the AAMCOMAS guidelines in regards to “traffic” guidelines. There are two important dates: April 1 and May 15.
Question 1. How does this work in case if the applicant paid a deposit to 1 DO school, yet is on a waitlist at 2 or 3 other DO schools, one of them is a state school where the applicant is hopeful to hear back from? Do they need to withdraw from the waitlists as well? How does this traffic rule applies to waitlisted?

Question 2. Different student. If a student paid a deposit to a DO school and is on a waitlist to MD school? How is the traffic rule applied here? Could a DO school drop a student if they maintain on the MD waitlist? This particular student oils take an MD acceptance of offered.
