I know that some schools like Harvard require Calc I and II but I'm wondering if for the other schools that require 2 semesters/1 year of college mathematics Precacl and Calc I will staify their requirements.

Thanks

That will suffice for sure. But i'd take a statistics class just for the sake of it. Stat is required by a few schools and a easy A for most people.

If the requirement is just 1 year of math, that will work. Many schools have more specific requirements though. In order to cover all possible situations, you would need to take 1 year of calculus and 1 semester of statistics. However, if you take 1 semester of calculus and 1 semester of statistics you'll be good to go at most places.

My only state school University of Utah, I believe they only require up to trig. Their info says that Calc is recommended and Calc 2 is optional .

Yeah hopefully this will work becuase I was just checking my college's catalog and they don't have Statistics. There is some type of Probability/Statistics thing but is only for educational majors...

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized that statistics has its own abbreviations, and is not under MATH

I was so gonna bash whatever school you went to if they didn't offer statistics. It would be a pretty sad school. But lucky they do offer stats so no bashing neccesary.
