Q)which of the following is the Most distinguishing diffrence between primary maxillary second and permamnet maxiallry first molar??
1) the primary tooth has 3 roots.
2)priamry tooth is narrower at CEJ compared to its conatct area
3)the permanent tooth has a trait of carabelli or 5th cusp
4)the permamnet tooth has a rhomboid oclusal outline.


Q)which of the following describes the proper axial inclination of the palatal root of maxillary 2nd molar
1)vertical
2)mesial and lingual
3)mesial and facial
4)distal and facial
5)distal and lingual

i think the answers...
for 1) 2
2) 4 as the root tends to incline distally n they r converged when compared to 1st molar.

correct if i'm wrong.....🙂
 
i think the first answer should be cusp of carebelli as it is the most prominent feature
