Do Upper Level Science Classes count in your Science GPA?

I was wondering do only the Pre-Reqs that the University requires count towards your Science GPA, or do Upper Level Course count as well. Such as P-Chem or other upper level courses that aren't required by the University.

every science class counts towards your Science GPA including math classes.

They make you enter every class you've ever taken, and you categorize them according to this site:

So yeah, p-chem will count towards your science GPA, and the Bio/Chem/Physics GPA they calculate for you.

Any class that has a grade attached to it will be counted in your GPA and multiple GPA's are calculated.
